This policy covers the Byte Minus website at byteminus.com (“the site”). Our products have their own policies: Sells Pilot’s is at sellspilot.com/privacy.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you, unless you choose to email us. The site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or social-media tracking.
What the site stores on your device
If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name theme, so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time from your browser’s settings.
Hosting and delivery
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy; we do not use it to identify or profile visitors.
Fonts and scripts are served from byteminus.com itself, so viewing the site does not send requests to font or analytics providers.
If you email us
When you write to contact@byteminus.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, keep it only as long as the conversation needs, and never sell or share it for marketing. Ask us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The site links to our products, to GitHub and Packagist, and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave byteminus.com.
Changes
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
